Biography
André S. Berne primarily handles commercial law and various public regulatory matters. His main areas of focus include life sciences law, health law, competition law, data protection law and telecommunications law as well as general contract law.
He also advises companies and organizations on Swiss commercial and corporate law, administrative law, and EU law, and represents them before courts and authorities in German and French.
