Biography
Denise Jagmetti is a Senior Associate on the Insolvency and Restructuring team. She advises and represents clients in challenging restructuring and insolvency matters in which she is able to draw on her extensive experience as a substitute judge and law clerk at the bankruptcy and debt restructuring court at the District Court of Zurich. Denise Jagmetti is also involved in handling national and cross-border insolvency proceedings. Banking and Finance as well as Corporate and Commercial are other areas in which she practices.
