Rana El Helbawi is a bilingual Arabic and English Lawyer with over four years of experience in handling microfinance, mortgage finance, leasing, factoring, general corporate, liquidation, mergers & acquisitions, structuring & restructuring, corporate governance, and local trading matters.
Prior to joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2022, Rana worked as a Junior Associate at one of the top tier law firms in Egypt for two years.
Rana received her L.L.B. from Cairo University, Faculty of Law (English Section).
