Biography
Nadine is a bilingual Arabic and English Lawyer with two years of experience. She has been handling general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, structuring & restructuring, corporate governance matters, since joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2021.
Nadine is a graduate of the German University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in law and legal research. Throughout her studies, Nadine undertook various work experience internships to enhance her professional legal skills.
She also volunteered with many organizations for different activities and events, such as the American University in Cairo, TEDX Youth ISEE.
