Mohab Ashoush is a bilingual Arabic and English Lawyer, with six years of experience in handling general corporate, liquidation, mergers & acquisitions, local and international trade matters.
Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2023, Mohab worked as an in-house attorney at a well-known Egyptian company operating in the real estate development sector.
Prior to that, Mohab worked as an associate at a reputable law firm in Egypt, where he advised several multi-national clients on several legal matters.
Mohab is a graduate of the Faculty of Law (English Section), Ain Shams University.
