Aleyeldine Fahmy is a skilled Lawyer with fluency level in French, English and Arabic, who joined Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2024.
Thanks to his academic background in international business law, he brings a global perspective to complex legal issues in capital market, general corporate, and corporate governance.
Aleyeldine holds a Master’s Degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne along with two L.L.B degrees from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Cairo University.
Upon graduation, Aleyeldine interned at many law firms and in-house legal departments where he gained valuable experience in Corporate Law and International Commercial Arbitration. Aleyeldine also participated in La Clinique Juridique de la Sorbonne pro bono legal services. He also developed his courtroom advocacy through participation in La Club de Simulation de l’Arbitrage et de Plaidoirie.
