Miguel Sogo specializes in domestic and international litigation and insolvency proceedings. He advises and represents clients before state courts in a wide range of matters with a focus on commercial and corporate disputes, enforcement of Swiss and foreign judgments, debt collection, asset recovery and attachment proceedings as well as other complex civil litigation. Furthermore, Miguel Sogo has extensive experience with corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings. In addition, he gives lectures as a professor (Titularprofessor) at University of Zurich and is regularly consulted to provide expert opinions on Swiss law.
