Farida Rezk is a bilingual English and Arabic Research Associate with four years of experience, who joined Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2020.
Her practice encompasses mergers & acquisitions, antitrust, structuring & restructuring, telecommunications, media & technology, intellectual property rights, anti-dumping and international trade matters.
As a graduate of the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, Farida achieved notable progress throughout her studies. This led to her appointment as an International Student Ambassador for the University. Whilst in the UK, Farida sought to enhance her professional legal skills by volunteering as a student advisor at the University’s legal clinic, carrying out pro bono work for family and immigration cases. Farida was awarded a pro bono award for the best contributions to the law clinic cases of 2019-2020.
Throughout her four years at University, Farida undertook various work experience placements within the legal sector in Egypt and the UK.
Additionally, she completed the equivalency of her bachelor’s degree for a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University in Egypt. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in International Trade Law at the University of Turin, further deepening her academic and professional expertise. As part of the Antitrust team in SH&P, Farida was recently awarded first place for the Best Competition Research in Egypt held by the Egyptian Competition Authority under the auspices of the Egyptian Cabinet.
