Fady Seif is a Senior Associate with extensive expertise in commercial and tax litigation. Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2025, Fady built an in-depth knowledge in tax planning, compliance as well as various types of labor cases.
He is experienced in preparing and filing tax returns, representing clients in tax audits and disputes, and providing counsel on the tax aspects of business transactions. He is well-versed in the implementation of court rulings against the largest institutions, including the seizure of the debtor’s balances in banks, as well as sales lawsuits related to expropriation.
Besides working on many civil cases, Fady has a proven track record of appealing decisions of various types of cases, representing clients before the State Council Court and the High Administrative Court in tax-related matters. In his previous roles, he was responsible for drafting essential legal documents, managing legal procedures, and advocating for clients effectively. He is admitted before the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance and the State Council Court.
Fady obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Mansoura University in 2007, which laid the foundation for his distinguished legal career.
