Damilola Oshodi

Damilola Oshodi is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Energy & Natural Resources practice group. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos and is admitted to practise law in Nigeria.

She has extensive hands-on experience in advising a diverse range of clients, including project sponsors and developers, development finance institutions, oil and gas exploration and production companies and gas distribution companies, on energy infrastructure projects, project documentation, commissioning and decommissioning, and the acquisition and divestment of oil and gas assets.
