Obianuju is a Managing Counsel in the firm’s Finance practice group.
Uju is a seasoned business lawyer with vast experience advising clients on a wide range of foreign investment transactions, private equity investments, cutting-edge mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring, capital market transactions, private placements, and debt financing for local, international and multilateral entities.
She holds a Master of Laws (with merit) in International Business Law from University College London and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nigeria.
Obianuju has written several articles and was the co-author of the Nigerian Chapter of the Cartel and Leniency Review from 2014 to 2017 published by Law Business Research United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Templars, she was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Unit at a Lagos-based Law firm.
