Carl Lindencrona is a partner in the banking and finance practice group in Stockholm and regularly advise banks/financial institutions, borrowers/issuers and investors in connection with various types of domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions.
Carl Lindencrona assists banks/financial institutions, borrowers/issuers and investors in connection with domestic and cross-border acquisitions and other leverage finance transactions, investment grade lending, real estate financing, project financing, asset financing and bonds and other debt instruments. Carl also has extensive experience from workouts and restructurings. Prior to joining Setterwalls in 2017, Carl worked for almost ten years at another leading banking and finance law firm in Stockholm.
