Anders Holmgren

Anders Holmgren is the head of Setterwalls’ corporate law and M&A team in Gothenburg.

He advises Swedish and foreign companies in the acquisition or sale of unlisted companies and with restructuring groups of companies. Several of Anders transaction assignments are cross-borders ones and have been carried out both with and against international companies and advisors. Although Anders’ transaction experience covers most sectors, he is particularly experienced within the telecoms, gaming, life sciences and retail areas.
