Jörgen S. Axelsson has more than 25 years of experience working in law firms and work mainly with transactions in capital markets and M&A.

Throughout his career, his focus has been capital markets and M&A. His assignments include advice in connection with IPOs, incentive programs, convertible issues, bond issues, public takeover bids and private M&A. His clients are often larger companies and banks in Sweden and abroad.
