Linnea Gävbo

Linnea Gävbo is a Partner in Setterwalls’ Corporate Group and has been with the firm since 2016. She focuses primarily on M&A, venture capital, and corporate law matters.

Linnea regularly advises both Swedish and international companies on acquisitions, investments, and corporate law issues, with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions. She has extensive experience managing all stages of complex transactions and provides ongoing advice on shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and company law compliance matters.
