The firm advised Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories on the acqusition of Haleo plc’s consumer healthcare business for Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). The firm advised on all Swiss law aspects of the deal. The transaction was valued at GBP 500 million and also included an upfront cash payment of GBP 458 million and performance based payments.
In capital markets debt, the firm
advised BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA in the placement of a CHF 100 million green bond for Equinix in September 2024.
