The financial services regulatory team largely assists the M&A team in regulatory aspects of acquisitions. The M&A team works equally for acquirers, targets and merger parties in private and public acquisitions. One example of the firm’s work includes representing ScanSTAT in the merger with Verisma. This was a merger in the heavily regulated healthcare industry, and it required a complex corporate restructuring prior to completion.
