Paul Rothstein

Paul Z. Rothstein is co-chair of the firm’s Emerging Companies practice. His practice focuses representing emerging and growth stage companies in corporate and financing matters, with a particular emphasis on venture capital and mergers and acquisitions transactions, in the technology, life sciences, financial, and healthcare industries from formation through exit. Additionally, he regularly represents venture capital firms and angel investors in their investments in technology companies.
