Matt Armstrong

Matt concentrates his legal practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate representation, and private investments.
He frequently represents business owners in sale transactions to private equity funds and strategic buyers, and represents several strategic buyers and private equity fund portfolio companies in targeted acquisitions of other businesses. He also serves as outside general counsel for several companies and represents companies that are raising investor capital by structuring private placement transactions.
