The firm has a team of prominent Armenian lawyers led by managing partner Gor Margaryan, a highly regarded legal practitioner in Armenia. Highlights 

In 2024-2025 the firm, led by Gor Margaryan, advised a regional development bank on a large financing to a group of agricultural businesses. The firm was also mandated by a Central and Eastern European bank to advise on its day-to-day financing transactions in the market, supporting the bank on financial regulatory matters.

Elsewhere, the firm worked alongside a Baltic law firm to advise a credit organisation in relation to share transfer during a liquidation proceeding and supported a Polish law firm advising a client through a restructuring process.
