Highlights

Nlaw Croatia advised Taiwania Capital Management Corporation as the lead investor in the Series B funding of All Eyes on Screens (formerly AdScanner), AI advertising platform. The transaction was valued at $10,350,000 and was led by partner Martin Hren. It closed in September 2024.

The firm also advised FRC2 Croatia Partners SCSp on the conversion of the CLA and a partial exit from the ENTRIO TEHNOLOGIJE d.o.o., as Croatian firm Invera Equity Partners acquired the majority of shares. The transaction closed in June 2024.

The firm welcomed Sandra Tomašković from Šavorić & Partners as a new partner in their Corporate and Employment teams in August 2024. Frano Barović left the firm in February 2024 to join Fijačko i Barović Law Firm.
