Established in 1991, Porobija & Porobija advise on commercial, business, corporate and civil law. Great deal of the firm's work is related to cross-border or international transactions. The firm is not part of formal associations, but maintains links with several leading international law firms in the EU and the US.
The firm has advised international clients on various privatisation and M&A projects, infrastructure and public utilities projects, on joint ventures and commercial contracts with Croatian parties, and on commercial and sovereign borrowing.
