Highlights

The corporate team advised SAZKA a.s., on the sale of mobile operator SAZKAmobil to Vodafone Czech Republic, a.s. The transaction involved full-scope advisory, including antitrust clearance, transactional documentation, and closing support.

The capital markets team, led by Libor Němec, advised the Julius Meinl Group on the formation of a new alternative investment fund designed to attract investors into luxury serviced residences under The Julius brand in Prague, Budapest, and other CEE capitals.

Personnel changes

Tomáš Kessler, senior associate in the corporate team, left the firm in July 2024 to join Square Real Estate. David Kytler, associate in the restructuring and insolvency team, departed in September 2024.
