Highlights
The capital markets team led by Tomáš Sedláček acted as advisor to PPF Group in connection with their considerations relating to the ownership of one of the largest stakes in ProSiebenSat1, a German broadcasting company listed on Frankfurt stock exchange.

The debt team acted as lead counsel to the issuer and arrangers in the establishment of a bonds program by TV Nova. This transaction was unique in the Czech market as it marked one of the very few instances of a commercial television broadcaster issuing its own corporate bonds.
