Highlights

Led by Petr Kuhn and Vojtěch Mlynář, BADOKH advised on the sale of five plasma centres to a leading healthcare provider. The transaction involved intricate arrangements around conditional payments, multi-party financing, and integration of the centres into the buyer’s structure.

The capital markets team advised RSBC Consortio s.r.o. on its bond issuance program, including the preparation and amendment of a Union Prospectus for Growth approved by the Czech National Bank, and the organization of bondholders’ meetings.

Personnel changes

In 2024, BADOKH strengthened its insolvency and restructuring team with two hires from the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. Dominik Skočovský joined as a senior associate in January 2024, followed by Viktor Kolmačka in September 2024.
