Notably, it was one of the first IPOs to voluntarily create a detailed audio-visual presentation for investors, setting a new benchmark in public offer communication and requiring extensive coordination with regulators and lead managers. 

In a separate, significant transaction for the energy sector, the firm advised Green Growth Equity Fund (GGEF) on its exit from Ayana Renewable Power, one of India's leading renewable energy platforms. The sale of a 100% stake to a joint venture of ONGC and NTPC represents one of the largest-ever acquisitions in India's renewable energy sector.
