Founded in 2013 in Mumbai, full-service law firm Dhaval Vussonji & Associates has a team of more than 60 lawyers in Mumbai with offices in Bengaluru and Delhi.

Highlights  

In real estate, the firm acted as the lead transaction counsel in a pivotal real estate financing deal, securing last mile funding for the “Vanu Heights” project in Mumbai, through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures to SWAMIH Investment Fund I. This transaction highlights the firm’s expertise in complex real estate and corporate finance law and also underscores its ability to effectively coordinate and negotiate between multiple stakeholders under demanding conditions.
