Recent examples of the firm’s deal work include advising Info Edge, a significant shareholder, following the acquisition of a controlling 52% stake in Greytip Software by Apax Partners. This transaction was a key deal in the HR-tech space, reflecting the growing trend of private equity investment in the sector. 

In another key mandate, the firm advised Ashiana Housing on securing IFC debt financing through a listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) issuance for an affordable housing project.
