In a landmark mandate, the firm advised Bioxgreen on entering into a joint venture agreement with Centrisys India Holdco (Centrisys), to establish a joint venture company, to synergise Centrisys’ cutting-edge technology in waste management with Bioxgreen’s understanding of local requirements and connections within the local industry. The matter was challenging owing to the fact that Centrisys is a foreign-registered entity, and the intellectual property in the waste management technology is licensed to another Centrisys related party.
