Anders Hoffmann Kønigsfeldt acted as court-appointed restructuring administrator in the restructuring of Odsherred Varme, a municipally owned district heating company burdened by approximately DKK 1.5 billion of debt following a failed network expansion. The restructuring resulted in a creditor-approved plan featuring a long-term repayment framework and debt write-off of approximately USD120 million, helping stabilise a high-profile public utility and highlighting the team's expertise in complex restructurings involving municipalities, lenders and essential infrastructure assets.
