In 2025, the firm's M&A team was advising Spar Nord Bank with respect to the proposed acquisition by Nykredit Realkredit via an all-share takeover. With a transaction value of USD3.9 billion, the acquisition, if completed, will create Denmark’s third largest bank.
The firm also played a role as legal adviser to Mitsubishi HC Capital in connection with its EUR700 million investment into European Energy, closed in 2024, consisting in the acquisition of 20% outstanding shares and voting rights. The deal made Mitsubishi HC Capital a key strategic partner to European Energy.
