A new boutique has been established in Copenhagen.
Christensen Partners was launched by four former lawyers from leading local firm Plesner.
The firm is led by corporate partner Jacob Christensen. The other founding partners are Shaina Jabbar, Hasse Olesen and Nicholas William Boe Stenderup.
The firm will specialise in M&A, and company and securities law.
