bonds, and block trades.
In Vienna, the partners at Freshfields spinoff BARNERT
EGERMANN ILLIGASCH turned to their old employer to recruit new
partner Michael Raninger. The former magic
circle senior associate is a finance specialist who handles
structured and project finance, debt capital markets,
restructuring and insolvency work.
The headline move in France saw DENTONS hire Allen &
Overy finance counsel Pascal Jouannic.
