Behind the deal: first co-issuance of notes by Peruvian issuers

In what was thought to be the first co-issuance of notes by Peruvian issuers, wind farms Parque Eólico Tres Hermanas and Parque Eólico Marcona co-issued $250 million bonds in a private placement to prepay outstanding project finance debt. Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy and Payet Rey Cauvi Pérez Abogados advised the issuers while Clifford Chance and Garrigues Peru advised Credit Suisse Securities as placement agent and Allianz Global Investors as investor.
