Credit Suisse worked on several innovative debt deals in 2009. The bank was the sole bookrunner on Vincoms convertible bond, and also played a role on Bumi Resources and CapitaLands convertibles. Credit Suisse also helped structure Sino-Forests exchange offer, acting as dealer-manager and solicitation agent.

Barclays Capital was the sole debt adviser to Delta on the financing for its buyout of Buma in November. Barclays was also a joint bookrunner on the bond offering and the coordinating arranger on the loan that comprised the acquisition financing.
