Davis Polk & Wardwell has advised Citigroup Global Markets as initial purchaser on a $230 million offering of senior notes by a subsidiary of Indika Energy. Indika Energy was assisted by Sidley Austin on US aspects of the 144/Reg S deal, with Melli Darsa & Co counselling on Indonesian law.
