Don’t lose dark pools in Mifid

The Committee of European Securities Regulators’ (Cesr) plan to review the regulation of dark pools has left some worried that it may be bundled into next year’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid) review and neglected.

Cesr’s announcement ties in with speculation that the EU will examine dark pools when it reviews the next year.
