Gibson Dunn on Towers Watson merger

Gibson Dunn & Crutcher represented Watson Wyat in its $3.5 billion merger with Towers Perrin.
 
Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy advised Towers Perrin nationally and Reed Smith and Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell represented Watson Wyatt locally in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
 
The merged company will be Towers Watson.
