Clifford Chance won International Law Firm of the Year at the IFLR Europe awards, after taking home two team awards for its remarkable work on a number of the winning deals.

Clifford Chance proved its strength across all practices with wins for both its debt and equity-linked and private equity teams, and backed this success up with work on 2008's most innovative project finance, restructuring and structured finance deals.
