Neste looks to high-yield debt to find Dyno acquisition

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has acted for Finnish company Neste Chemicals on the latest step of its proposed acquisition of Norway's Dyno. In the most recent deal, Neste raised euro 240 million ($215 million) in a high-yield debt issue to help fund the acquisition.

The senior notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will clear through Clearstream and Euroclear. The notes were offered privately, in offshore transactions under Regulation S and to qualified institutional investors in the US.
