France has sold a 2.5% stake in Electricité de France (EDF) to institutional investors. The sale of 45 million shares raised €3.7 billion ($5.4 billion). Shearman & Sterling advised the French government. Calyon acted as global coordinators, while BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and UBS were bookrunners....
