Vaishnavi Shukla

Vaishnavi is of counsel with the India desk of TWL Law Group, with experience in corporate law, foreign direct investment, and advisory matters. She assists in delivering legal support to domestic and international clients navigating India’s regulatory and commercial framework.

Vaishnavi has developed a diversified legal foundation through her previous undertakings across leading law firms and corporate legal teams in India. Her exposure spans extensive practice areas, including antitrust law, corporate governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and the resolution of commercial disputes.

Vaishnavi holds a BA LLB degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and is fluent in English and Hindi.
