Stefan is a partner in Homburger's capital markets and financial services teams. He regularly advises on asset-based financings (covered bonds and securitisations), banking regulation (including regulatory capital transactions), and derivatives markets regulations. Other areas of work include insolvency law and financial markets infrastructures.
Stefan has published various works on banking and financial market matters. He holds degrees from the University of Zurich and from Harvard Law School.
