  • Europe Lehman counsel leaves for Herbies Patrick Buckingham Mifid specialist Patrick Buckingham has left his role as European regulatory counsel at Lehman Brothers to join Herbert Smith. As of September 10, Buckingham is part of Herbert Smith's financial services regulatory practice, where it is hoped he will strengthen the firm's non-contentious regulatory offering. "I am looking forward to helping clients address the ever-quickening pace of regulatory change, including, in the immediate future, assisting them with the significant and time critical task of complying with the requirements of Mifid," he said.
