Robert is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s global M&A and private equity practice. He represents companies domestically and internationally, as well as private equity sponsors and financial advisers in their highest-stakes M&A transactions across various geographies and industries. Robert’s practice includes solicited and unsolicited transactions, board counselling and governance matters, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, public and private acquisitions and divestitures, spin-offs, and takeover and activist defence strategies.
