Patricia is a senior counsellor at Lee and Li. Her practice focuses on banking, securities, capital markets, financings (particularly, structured and aircraft financing), and M&A. Patricia is an M&A expert in both general and highly regulated financial and telecom industries and advised the first People’s Republic of China investment in the LED industry and Google on the transfer by HTC of its smartphone team. She has assisted several financial institutions’ acquisitions (GE Capital in Cosmos Bank, MS in Chinatrust and E.Sun FHC).
