Ken-Ying Tseng

Ken-Ying is a tech and M&A lawyer in Taiwan. She has been recognised by many international publications, including IFLR1000, as an outstanding lawyer.

Ken-Ying is a member of the AI taskforce formed by the Taiwan government to develop AI policy and regulation. Recently, she was invited by the Ministry of Digital Affairs for a confidential AI project, providing her insight and suggestions on future AI regulations. In 2018, Ken-Ying and her team conducted the first AI law project for the Taiwan government. She was also consulted by Taiwan legislators on AI laws and regulations, including the draft Artificial Intelligence Basic Act.

Ken-Ying is the vice-chair of Lee and Li’s AI Committee. She is a member of the Taiwan Bar Association’s AI Committee and has spoken on AI and legal practice on its behalf at several events. Ken-Ying is co-chair of the Technology Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan and a member of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Working Group on AI.
