Joseph Eimunjeze

Joseph Eimunjeze is a partner in the firm's Banking and Finance, Fintech, Corporate Advisory and tax teams. His specialisations also include mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and corporate restructuring, foreign investments and banking regulatory compliance. He has advised various clients on different finance and project finance matters and on derivatives, foreign investments, securities (equity and debt) and foreign exchange restrictions.

He recently concluded a sixteen-month secondment to the International Finance Corporation South African office where he worked on various financing transactions for IFC. Joseph is a key partner in the fintech and tax teams and has a thorough understanding of the banking regulatory framework in Nigeria.

Joseph has been recognised for his outstanding work in the banking and finance space by IFLR 1000 and has authored articles in internationally ranked publications.
