Jumoke Lambo

Jumoke Lambo is a partner at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie. She heads the Telecommunications, Media and Technology and Data Protection (TMT) team. She also co-heads the firm’s Aviation, Labour and Employment and Corporate Advisory teams. She oversees Alsec Nominees Limited, the firm’s company secretarial practice. Her other specialisations include foreign investment, regulatory compliance, corporate immigration, business establishment and M&A transactions.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association and is a fellow of the Centre for International Legal Studies. She is noted for her pro bono work.

Her work has also been recognised by the Nigerian edition of Who’s Who Legal, the International Financial Law Review’s Expert Guides, the Global Legal Group Guides and Getting the Deal Through Guides. She was named the winner of the Most Outstanding [individual] in Employment Law Services category by Corporate Livewire.
