Tone is a leading experts in shipping and financing. Tone has over 12 years of experience in the shipping and finance sectors and assists financial institutions, owners, brokers, yards and facilitators in a wide range of transactions and financings, with a particular focus on the shipping, offshore and energy sectors.
Tone provides documentation and lead negotiations and closings related to, among other things, syndicated and bilateral loans, project financings, acquisition financings, sale/leaseback transactions, export financings, shipbuilding, joint ventures, purchases/sales, vessel registration and chartering.
